David Liebe Hart's low-budget, pharmacy-funded Los Angeles public access program The Junior Christian Science Bible Lesson Program unveiled the puppeteer's world of God-fearing aliens, anti-drug and anti-porn messages, Christian Science teachings and outsider artists when it debuted in the late '80s.
