New Orleans 48 Hour Film Project screenings begin tonight at National WWII Museum
 It all happened last weekend ? 61 teams of New Orleans filmmakers had 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and deliver a finished short film of no more than seven minutes in length as part of the global 48 Hour Film Project Competition.
