Brian Mottola named chef de cuisine at Emeril's NOLA
Brian Mottola, a veteran of the Emeril Lagasse empire, is taking over as chef de cuisine at NOLA (534 St. Louis St., 504-522-6652), Lagasse?s French Quarter Creole and Southern-inspired institution.
