Just heard Cowherd talking about the Pels ...

Apparently Benson purchased the team for 318m & can probably sell for 1B.

Not wishing the team to be sold but something to think about.

Agreed.

Crazy $ appreciation. If they can find a sucker who'll pay that, why not sell. If an audit were performed, I'll bet the revenues don't support these stratospheric valuations. IMHO, they are probably worth what Benson paid for them, $300 million; and they weren't worth even that when they bought them.
