I feel so bad for his wife and surviving daughters. I'm a huge Lakers fan and this is going to be to hard for the Lakers fans and team to absorb. Feel bad for GM Rob Pelinka, who was Kobe's agent and best friend. The timing is crazy, just literally 3 hours ago I was watching a video of LeBron giving great praise and credit to Kobe after passing him on the scoring list and developing a new level of respect for LeBron.

NBA should cancel all of tonights games, the players are in no right mind to play. You can see the anguish on a ton of their faces.

So sad, RIP Kobe, Gianna and the 3 others that lost their lives.

I would imagine they have to consider pushing back the Lakers/Clippers game on Tuesday, at the least, out of respect for funeral arrangements this week. Hoping Silver handles this well.

Terribly sad. Not much more to say other than I'm not sure why people still use helicopters in their daily lives. Yes they save time, but you are like 30 times more likely to die riding in a helicopter than a car. It is quite the gamble. They are great for moving troops in the military or emergency rescues, but poor modes of transportation for individuals. The calculus on the time saved v.s. the increased risk to your life just isn't there.
