The offensive line had it's issues. 3rd down defense was not up to par. Anzlaone was targeted often and couldn't make plays in coverage. Yes, turnovers ultimately were too much for an aged Drew Brees to overcome but he didn't have much help.

Kudos to Malcolm Jenkins and Marshon Lattimore. They brought it tonight.

Where was 13? Where was 94?
Or freaking 92? Where was the D-line in general? They should've gotten more pressure against Tampa's O-line.

I agree with Halo. Sean P is a fantastic regular season HC, however in the post season he's getting bullied and taking L's.

Priority #1 for me is to lock down Ryan Ramz and Lattimore this off season.
I agree with all of this. Especially with stretching the field. Tampa Bay took note of what KC did to us. They played a lot more physical man coverage and when they did create that small window of opening down field, it was either a pass break up or a check down pass.

We have to get more vertical. Those seam route were critical to our offense in the past but the last 3 years they have been non existent.

Davenport caused the only sack of the game on a stunt. Clearly, he was not the problem. I will say that the media bashed the Bucs O-line so bad after the last game that they came out with fire and drive to. It let it happen again.

This list was on the entire offense. The longest play of the day, excluding the trick play was a 17 yard run by AK. That shows that offensively we did not get the ball down field.

You can’t win with turnovers and only completing 54% of your passes, especially playing short ball. It worked when he was completing +70% of those passes. We average more yard per carry than we did per pass....let that sink in.

This was not on the defense or anyone else but the offense.

Agreed. But..., Turnovers, oof. I saw a stat somewhere that said playoff teams with a -4 ratio were 1-59 in those respective games.

You are not going to win any game with a -4 turnover margin. Especially when giving the ball to your opponent within your own territory. We could not capitalize on the great field position given to us by special teams. No excuse that the 4 best plays you have can’t get a TD in that scenario with the size and talent we have on offense.

I'm still depressed a week later. Damn! That was not playing winning ball!
