I simply cannot believe Winston won't get a legit look (assuming he resigns) in 2021. He has the body of work, 1st round pedigree, can make all NFL throws & has won a lot of meaningful games.

Jameis has had 3 different HC/OC's in 5 seasons.

Sean P turned an unpolished Tony Romo into a really good QB. I'd like to see what he could do with Winston on a FT basis.
