The NFL is tone deaf to the percentage of fans that are offended by this pandering to the debauched.

Sorry for the thread-jack.

So the guy in the glasses thinks Saints did better with their undrafted guys vs our actual picks huh ? Alrighty then …

We need to look him up in a few years to see how his analysis compared to what we see on the field.

Nope. Not a reach because he wouldn't have been there with the next pick.

This is the only way any draft pick or player acquisition should be judged.

Good stuff against BYU in that clip. Baldy breaks it down well.

Two things you can't coach .. effort and desire.

Coach Nielsen has another solid prospect to mold.

At least he didn't cost us two first round picks and a fifth...

Re: 2021 NFL Draft: New Orleans Saints

Honestly, was deflated re: the pick, sitting there, after failing to move up for a CB, I'd preferred S Trevon Moehrig, IOL Landon Dickerson, or QB Kyle Trask...

My real preference was to trade back (no takers), and accumulate more darts in the second and third round where the talent, grades there were bountiful...

Better depth, more chances to develop starters...

But, even if Turner's draft floor was a late 2nd round grade, he's great value, gets to work behind Cam Jordan who he'll likely succeed, and he replaces T-Rex' departure...

Check that box...

My biggest question marks for Turner was him sitting out part of his senior year, some earlier injury history, and him not facing elite OL talent (e.g. Davenport)...

But as the interviews accumulate and more of Turner's personality is revealed, am more optimistic about his success in the NFL...

And while it's not on Davenport Sean overspent draft capital to move up, it's worrisome this subtle, coordinated media spin of Marcus dealing with pressure to succeed...

Too be honest, find that kind disconcerting as one of our own likes to point out that we're not getting all of it, as in we're only getting the tip of the iceberg...

It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...

I'm sorry for your deflation, Jeanpierre. Your reinflation will be in my prayers.
