Buccaneers’ 38-3 loss to Saints was worst loss ever for a Super Bowl winner

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Since Drew started to decline three years back I steadily became more apprehensive like I was before 2006 when Sean and Drew started making magic happen. I remember before that sitting next to guys who wore bags on their heads ...

I remember before that sitting next to guys who wore bags on their heads at the Dome. I'm apprehensive again. There are too many variables in a usually steady off season. Are we retooling or rebuilding? Who are we going to lose? How many core players are gone? How much do we have to give up to get under under the cap? Who will fill theses position coaches next year when we get poached again? How many draft picks will we lose? We've got a lot of unknowns in play.

If we can keep the defense from coming apart to much we be fine in department. And the offense can’t be worst than what we finished with so I’m optimistic . Looking forward

A coaching shakeup is good. Who misses Joe Vitt?*

He was reunited with good ole hit man "GW" with the Jets. No WONDER!!!

Was that the latter part of 1980 or the beginning of 1981? That's when Buddy 'D' had that smattering of fans hoodwinked into wearing bags. 99.9% of the fans were there just to watch their Saints play, win or lose. That small percentage wanted airtime on the evening sports segment with Buddy's campaign.
