I've been looking at the moves we need to make to get under the salary cap and most of them will come from the defense losing players at all three levels. If Brown goes the run game suffers. We are likely to lose T-Rex to a better offer. That's a weaker D-line.

Behind the D-line as a reliable LB'er we only have Demario Davis and Baun who is still an unknown. Bye Thor! That's the front 7.

The secondary could lose half the starters Lattimore and Williams have a 50/50 chance of staying in the black and gold. P Rob and the rest of the backups for safety and corner don't inspire confidence.

We also need to remember that Jenkins and several other defensive players are well over 30. We could be looking at a lot of new faces next year. We've had a stacked roster and this year we will have more competition at camp. Thoughts?

Yes, possibly quite a few new faces on defense.

Trey H, Malcolm B, Janoris Jenkins, and maybe Marcus Williams could be gone in 2021.

Kwon Alexander was a firecracker in his short stint but I'd move on from him. He's had a lot of injuries and how will he respond after his torn Achilles injury? We can't expect Demario to be elite forever. Baun could be a bright spot but still an unknown.

I hope we draft another LB. We need more backers and corners.

We were crazily deep on D-line last year, we can afford to lose some depth if we draft well again. A little more offensive production would help (c'mon Sean let's prove that genius)
