He may not have actually been concussed. If there is even a possibility of a concussion the player gets placed in the protocol. It would still be labeled as such on an injury report even if the testing showed he didn't have one. The fact that he practiced full both days may support this case.

2nd straight week where the opposing team's injury report is damn near clean 1 day prior to game day ... Dallas has ONE guy listed as out on tonight.
Meanwhile, we have key guys out or "probable" on game day. Injuries ... frustrating. |

It would be nice to have 53 starters on the roster, but that's not possible for any franchise.
