It seems every year there's a contingent that complains about the Saints cap management, but name a list of other teams that remain relevant year after year as the Saints have been over the past several years.

I'm hoping we resign Winston and if Denver releases Drew Lock I would jump on him. Lock could be the#2 if he can beat out Bortles, I think that would be a good camp battle with Book( still want to see the kid with a healthy line) staying at #3. Hill really should resume his joker roll.
