Pass Defense rules that restrict defenders from actually playing any kind of defense - they merely can only take advantage of really poor throws... Targeting rules that would be unnecessary if NFL Coaches could still fine players for poor tackling form... Spot foul penalties that offenses now scheme to get a favorable call from officials who seem to enjoy having a bearing on the outcome of a game... |
