That said, his mistake, a coachable mistake, was that he didn't extend his hands, arms out to the ball; this allowed the smaller Desir to reach in and get the PBU... While I liked the scouting on Trautman, as I really get into the draft process, I was informed enough to know that many scouts described him as raw, so I knew this already... He's made some remarkable plays already and if you watch his blocking, he's made some plays in that department that don't show up in the stat sheets; Be Patient... |

We have all seen a lot of players 'tease' at the TE position. If he can block, well, we need one of those, but stop sending this guy out for passes. He's a heartbreak in cleats...

Desir was in position to still strip it if Trautman had extended with his arm between Adam's. But it absolutely wasn't a drop.
