My wife said the same thing right as it happened directly in front of us.

Re: 2021 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
I don’t know what happened to Kenny Stills. He became garbage real quick.

Malcolm Roach kinda surprised me TBH.
Mentally, Stills looks like he checked out. No confidence. Design more plays to Southlake from here on out. At least he'll catch most of his passes. |

Re: 2021 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Think the talent is that poor? Or losing Drew masked that Coach Curtis wasn't getting it done? Tulane took a nose dive (more than usual) under his tenure...

Re: 2021 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Well, Roach had been made inactive twice earlier this season; kept asking (got no specific reply) from my media sources as to what was going on with Roach and the coaching staff...

I love what Deonte' Harris brings to this group however he's small and can't take 4 quarters of punishment at the position for 17 games. Trequan has been inconsistent his entire career with the Saints and Callaway is a solid #3 at this stage of his career. Hate to beat a dead horse but you need legit receiving threats at this level for any type of success. Men willing to make the difficult catch in traffic, on 3rd down or late in ball games to keep drives alive. I'm not all that down on Curtis as a positions coach. He can only do so much with the guys he's working with. Most are practically practice squad material. Remember that quote from Danny Abramowitz ? ... "you can't make chicken salad out of chicken s*** !". Skill position(s) WR/TE's are way past due for upgrades. This is a position you simply can't ignore in the 2022 draft. |
