Still early, let's see what Matt Rhule and Joe Brady can do with Sam Darnold...

But the early results suggest Darnold will greatly improve under their tutelage...

Still interested in that trade? Sam had 3 INTs today (6 on the season) & 177 yards against a hobbled Philly defense.

2 weeks ago sports analysts had the Panthers headed to the Super Bowl but today .. not so much. Sam also took an L.

Panthers could be in trouble second half of the season.

Guess there is more film on him now.. kinda like Lamar Jackson.

37 / 43 @ 442 and 4 tds on MNF vs Colts, arguably his best work & he hasn't even peaked yet. Lamar is going to be a problem for defenses for the next decade :bng:

It depends just how RG tells the refs to officiate the games, IMHO. The way Lamar moves around will not last as long as many think. Michael Vick says hello.

I seriously doubt he lasts a decade. With his style of play he's one hit away from becoming another RGIII. They were discussing this (running QB's) today on NFL Radio and Ed McCaffrey said it isn't a matter of if a players gets injured, it is a matter of when and he was the one that brought up RGII in comparison.

Didn't Vick play at a high level for over a decade?

Vick was only able to play a 16 game season ONCE in his entire 13 year career (2006).

See the game I watched was the Colts came up and frustrated him through most of the game, then like Jim Mora, Reich took his foot off the pedal on offense and defense...

And just like that the Colts lost a sure thing...

You just can't let athletes like that breathe once you over and up on them...
