Draft Day Party
Anyone else miss the draft being on the weekends?
My friends and I would have a draft day party every year. BBQ or something, make a day of it. I know the league likes the ratings they get with a Primetime draft, but I hate staying up late to see the Saints pick. We'll be lucky if we see them pick before 11pm this year. |

Re: Draft Day Party
The party is a fun twist.l stick! But I gotta say I’d rather have to stay up late for a pick then to be an early pick year after year ! 😁

Re: Draft Day Party
That's for sure. As for the parties, the draw back with them is they require other people. I prefer to deal with people in moderation. Saints' games not in person never warrant a party for me. I have to watch by myself. Super Bowls? Same there. Hate people trying to talk while I'm trying to watch. Parties should be limited to crawfish boils, weddings, and Irish wakes.

Re: Draft Day Party
It does seem less fun since it's been rolled over three days. It's all RG's fault.

Re: Draft Day Party
It’s a lot better if you work 4-10’s and the weekend starts Thursday afternoon. I get home at 3 and then I have four hours to pre-game!
