Or he could just do what I do and don't hang out with Felons. Then buy a gun legally, take some classes and get a personal carry permit. It's just less trouble the way I see it. I'm the range safety officer at my local shooting range if anybody wants to get together and let off a little steam I'll supply the ammo. Besides if your going to pull a gun you should at least know where the safety is and how to aim.
