If I remember correctly, Brees not retiring was the reason Brady went to Tampa Bay and not the Saints.

As for Brady maybe going to Atlanta, Matt Ryan salary cap issues aside, Brady would have been a bad fit in Atlanta due to their horrible offensive front line.
