There is a reason we are a premier destination for free agents. The winning culture in New Orleans is definitely the reason we've had so many winning seasons under Sean Payton. Every player says that the team treats them like a man and not like a piece of meat unlike most teams. Payton has a great management style and that is how you develop an elite culture. That and a smart head coach that is an offensive genius are the two key factors. Not to mention Jeff Ireland brings in smart athletic players who fit the team prototype.
