They said that while many coaches welcomed mixed practices there were several that were vehemently opposed to them. It was part of the 17 game discussion and it was suggested in lieu of a third exhibition game they could have a controlled scrimmage coupled with a mixed practice.![]()
I know Payton likes them, but what with COVID restrictions and such they may have just not been able to work one out. I know that there was early word of one against the Jags, but that must have fallen through. |
