Charlie Weis said today while discussing the Saints camp that he is positive that Payton knows exactly who is going to be the starting QB. He said that training camp and especially the preseason games will have no impact on that decision. He added that Winston is clearly far and away the better passer and that Hill is far more valuable in packages designed for him in other areas of the game.
