Re: Saints camp: Position battles to watch
Oh man, we've got quite the mess to clean up. Not having MT is going to be a tough pill to swallow. Ruiz needs to move to center because he also has the potential to be a damn fine center but he's undersized which is OK for a center but not a guard. McCoy would also make a damn fine guard who actually has the size and experience to play guard in the NFL

Big Part of who signs is the agent, agency that represents the player...
GM/HCs get cross or get comfortable working with certain agents, agencies... |

Re: Saints camp: Position battles to watch
Mathieu and Brees are both represented by Tom Condon. For that matter so is Malcolm Jenkins. I'm pretty sure they are quite comfortable working together. Sending Mathieu to the Chiefs and Jenkins to the Saints probably maximized the money going into Condon's wallet.

(RG) Ruiz, (TE) Trautman & WR battles as well.
My camp darkhorse is still Kawaan Baker - with MT out, he'll get more opportunities to shine with the 1st/2nd teams. Defensively, who will run alongside Demario Davis at LB? Let's see if Lorenzo Neal Jr can make this team. |
