I get what you mean Diz 100%, however if Winston were still in Tampa that's a pick. I think Sean P/Carmichael are coaching those bad decisions out of him. We all know he can make those throws when the WR breaks free.

I think he’s hesitant to let the ball go because he doesn’t want to throw a pick. The gift and the curse of him being more cautious. He has to get more comfortable and confident. Did y’all see Teddy today? He looked excellent. I expect to see Jameis the be same way once he knows it’s his team and he’s playing with his starters.
