Two streets about me have power, but we're the main trunk in this area and still no power?!? And local cable won't work lines till, so no internet...

Adjusting for data transfer rate using my iPhone as a hotspot, it'll take 14 hrs to watch the game with all the latency - something would simply have to die...

We had a Cat 1 hurricane Larry pass through on Saturday night.. Power was knocked for a few hours.. some damage but nothing serious. I can't imagine what it must be like to go through cat 4-5 hurricances.. you guys are a tough bunch down there!

Hope those in NOLA are doing as well as can be expected and can get your power back soon. I won't be watching the game or posting on here until well after the game is over ... my plan is to watch the US Open men's championship and see if Djokovic is able to pull off the grand slam and effectively become the undisputed tennis GOAT. Not often you get a chance to watch for that kind of history in a sport!

I will be recording the Saints/Packers game and start watching it ASAP after the US Open is over. I have a good feeling about this game - we are catching the Packers early so they have no rhythm and all the pressure is on them because of the Last Dance thing. I think they'll tighten up and we execute better and hopefully that leads to a W.
