I believe Winston can be a good QB if he plays smarter, however, starting the season without 2 starters at WR doesn't exactly make me feel like he's set up for success.

It only takes a mis-step by a WR with limited game time, and Winston starts notching turnovers again.

What I mean is, if an inexperienced WR runs the wrong routes or is not on the same page as Winston, he could start throwing interceptions again, ones that aren't his fault but a turnover nonetheless

This is true, but I doubt it would become an epidemic. I seriously doubt it would become a habit. That's where coaching and practice come into play.
