This is to the point that Dominik was trying to make. He said that the more established and successful GM's are the ones that maintain those good relations. He said that the philosophy of "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" tends to get you further than "what comes around goes around" in that business. He basically said a GM needs to weigh the consequences in every move, something that matters not to the average fan.
