Trever Siemian is the guy. He got inserted into the middle of the game, played pretty well considering, and we came out with the win. He just looks better than Winston... looks over the field better and everything. He just needs some practice with the first string. We have a very complicated offense, and some of the mistakes he made were on timing routes and things that can be fixed. A week or 2 of practice and we got someone that I feel can lead us. I'm suddenly incredibly optimistic.

I'll wait to see how he plays in the next game or 2. He certainly looked good in the first half. 2nd half was on and off again. I was actually thinking we'd lose as soon as Winston went down.

I didn’t think Trevor played all that bad, except for the penalty erased INT.
He missed some throws but his accuracy wasn’t terrible.

His accuracy was in line with Winston. Which means it was not that good. But, he did just get thrown into the game. Let him take snaps with the 1's and see what happens next week.

Honestly, I don’t think it matters who our QB is. We don’t have a game changer anymore and Jameis showed that we can win with a game manager. Just get the ball to Kamara and rely on the defense.
