Actually, we'll be picking up a $7.25 mil contract for HALF a year (unless they're willing to prorate that contract cost, which I seriously doubt!)

He won't be picked during waivers. OBJ will be able to choose his destination. We'll see how he handles the $ offered. Saints can merely manage vet min with some backend trick NFL cap accounting.
