Anyway......my only problem is the fact that people sweep Daunte's mistake's under the rug while bashing Brooks for very similar errors. I don't really care if people prefer Culpepper over Brooks.........but there's no need to act like the margin of difference is vastly wide.

Culpepper > Brooks anyday. It's extremely interesting and weird why anyone would consider Brooks over Culpepper? That's a first for me.
Me too papz. I have decided I just won't entertain this any more. Certain arguments are not even worth it.

If you knew that the starting left tackle played in one game last year, the guard is a rookie, and Matt Birk is out... then you would know that it's not entirely Culpepper's fault. So basically, he's playing with only 2 regulars on that line.

He might have blew this weekend and the last, but he definately is one of the elite quarterbacks out there and has proven to be year in and year out. He has two playoff appearances, which to me is the only thing that counts even though he's had 2 Probowl appearances to go along with some sick numbers, to AB's one.

You are trying to discredit Culpepper over two bad games. So would you have rather had Culpepper or Brooks on your team last season. How about the year before that? Come on now we all can see you're a pretty hardcore Saints fan and like to defend our players... but you are denying the fact that Brooks has been a part of the problem here.

with randy gone (which was the biggest offseason mistake in the nfl) they have no real downfield threat... combine that with a lack luster running game, shotty at best offensive line, and you have the vikings... they greatly improved the defense on paper, but that hasn't really materialized on the field, where the game is played... tice now sits on the hottest seat in the nfl, thanks to trading away the premier wr in the game...
