Length? He's only listed at 6' 4" and the Saints Scouting have their profiles; also described as raw, so would he be a Day 1 starter?

Yes sir.

Technique/hand speed is good, athletic & dominated in the run game. His tape shows that he is very, very strong. I wouldn't rule him out transitioning to guard.

Oh JP, don't let the 6'4 (length) fool ya. Look at how rookie of year - 2021 (former 1st rounder pick #13) Rashawn Slater dominated at OT.

Almost identical measurables to Ikem.

I was listening to Moving the Chains last week and they were talking about the OL prospects and specifically mentioned Ekwonu as someone not to overlook because he wasn't 6'7". They said fans and media get too hung up on some measurables such as height and arm length when it comes to offensive linemen and ignore technique.

Personally I wouldn't mind another Wolfpacker on the team. Vaughan Johnson was a pretty good one.

Irregardless of how I feel, the Saints Scouting Krewe and Sean have stated their criteria (types) for certain positions; this has come up with respect to DE and IOL in past interviews...

From the guy who's still digging through his trash and posting his every move here, speculating on where he'll land and what his reasoning is/was. You don't get the make that statement without getting pushback. Little speedo wants his cake and to eat it too?

Takes a lot of nerve if you ask me (and I know you didn't). Even NOW, after a month of being shown his reflection, his behavior is maybe more subtle, but he's still an a***ole. An arrogant, racist, a***ole. Among many other things of course.

Sounds quite odd in wanting to have taller guys on the inside. They only get in the way of the passer. Guards and Centers are usually more runblockers than pass blockers since the technique becomes much more similar on the inside due to space constraints. That often leads teams to looking for shorter guys with big lower bodies so that they have a low center of gravity and the ability to anchor in the pass game and create a lot of force in the run game.
