Cowboys' Trysten Hill suspended two games by NFL following postgame game fight on Thanksgiving
Cowboys defensive tackle Trysten Hill has been suspended by the NFL for two games after his part in an altercation involving himself and Raiders offensive lineman John Simpson following Las Vegas' Thanksgiving win over the Cowboys. Hill is suspended without pay for violations of unnecessary roughness and unsportsmanlike conduct. The NFL deemed that Hill 's actions were a violation of Rule 12, Section 2, Article 14 which prohibits striking, swinging at, or clubbing the head, neck, or face of an opponent with the wrist(s), arm(s), elbow(s), or hand(s). The league also determined that Hill had violated Rule 12, Section 3, Article 1 which prohibits any act which is contrary to the generally understood principles of sportsmanship. During CBS' postgame coverage, cameras captured Hill swinging and knocking Simpson's helmet off of his head. A scuffle involving several players from both teams ensured shortly thereafter. Hill, who under the league's Collective Bargaining Agreement can appeal his suspension, is eligible to return to the Cowboys' roster on Monday, Dec. 13. He will miss the Cowboys' upcoming games against the New Orleans Saints and the Washington Football Team. |

Let Armstead walk, get a 3rd for him; but we gotta unload that Peat contract - it's an albatross to getting that offensive line corrected...
That money could have been spent to keep Emmanuel Sanders... |

Saints are best as underdogs...
Plus Sean has a special place for Jerrah... |

This will be Sean's greatest coaching challenge to date in the NFL; to win with an understaffed team and install a package to put Taysom in a position to flourish...
The defense can only do so much, especially down Gardner, Davenport, Tanoh, and Turner... |

Are the Dallas WRs back or are they still out? If they're still down their two WR and if Elliot can't play then maybe we have a shot.

They also have a #4 in Cedric Wilson that makes plays and gets open. Nothing has been updated on Zeke but Pollard has been solid as RB and is also a good kick off returner. Honestly I’d rather face Zeke than Pollard. Saints defense will have their hands full. |

Cowboys New Updates Nov. 29 Updates Amari Cooper #19 WR Height: 6-1 Weight: 210 lbs College: Alabama 4:06 p.m. - Despite missing two games with Covid-19 protocols, Amari Cooper was not on the practice field Monday as the team prepped for the Saints. Cooper was in the building at the Cowboys headquarter at The Star, but has not been removed from the Reserved/Covid list, which is why his status was not included on the team's official injury report. Cooper has missed both the Chiefs and Raiders games after being placed on the reserved list. The Cowboys will have one more practice before departing for New Orleans on Wednesday and there still is a chance Cooper could return to the active roster and play Thursday. |
