Are these guys staying hydrated & seriously stretching at warm-ups?

Ankles, knees, elbows, and shoulders, plantar fasciitis, turf toe, bone bruises and concussions. Those made up the vast majority of injuries we have dealt with this season. Relatively few in comparison have been due to musculature injuries which is what strength and conditioning addresses such as hamstrings, abdomen, pectorals, and triceps.

I understand that strength training can add support to certain joints, but that helps little on contact injuries which our players have been experiencing in excess.

As I just posted, I don't know about the Pelicans, but if you look at a list of all our injuries only a fraction of them are muscle related. Actually surprisingly few. I had expected far more.
