If Adam Gase

can get TWO cracks (failed miserably both times) at HC, why can't Allen?

He's relatively young too. In the right system, he could succeed as Head Coach.

Especially considering the franchise he coached for. Not many coaches have had success with the raiders since Gruden left the first time.
