Hadn't seen it posted ...

Saints sign CHRIS HARRIS Jr to the practice squad.

He was a very good slot corner 4, or 5 years ago.

Another possible season ending injury to a RB elsewhere (Rashaad Penny) costs the Saints more RB depth. Welcome to the wonderful world of practice squads.

Rashid Shaheed better not touch the practice squad, if so you might as well say adios to him like L Murray

We may be slow learners but I don't think we're that slow. Loomis probably learned that he better move him to the active roster. Otherwise he could be playing for another team down a running back.

Shaheed had already been added to the 53 man roster. He wasn't a practice squad callup like Murray. He's basically the replacement for Harty who was placed on IR. Oh, and he's a WR, Rugs.

For those who may have missed it ...

The Saints have restructured Deonte' Harty's contract. It creates 1.73M in cap space for 2022.

Yes! That'll give the Saints the needed money to land a great QB in free agency next year.
Sorry. I'm on the edge and looking down...:bng:
