Anybody who defends speedo's behavior here can't know much about maturity on the internet tho, or they're not paying attention.

The other alternative would be that they stem from hate, and I wish that isn't the case, because hate only breeds more hate.

I got tired of reading his personal attacks and eventually had to block him for some peace of mind. He has an agenda hoping that Guido will will quit. We all know that ain't happening. Yes. Guido can be a bit of an ass but he brings a lot more to the board than that. He is always sharing info from the internet and that is much more valuable to me than somebody's *****ing.

I liked what saints fan had to ay before he caused such discourse that it was either block him or do to him what he decided to do to Guido. I decided it would be better not to go after him. We have enough of that already!

i’m going to put my two cents in because, well why the hell not?

I’ve been a member now for a bit over a year. I feel I’ve got to know certain users tendencies and hopefully you guys have learned mine. Whatever Users have in their history that makes them react and do what they do is on them. I’m not a fan of the way Saintsfan tears into Guido sometimes. But there are a lot of things I don’t like about what Guido has said. In this world and can’t put myself in a judgmental place about a lot of things. I can understand if Guido wanted to block him.

From my experience Guido says he has me blocked as well. I guess I was too argumentative and harassed him. Other users here can judge if I did or not. That’s fine with me; my ego can take it. But I question his motives and point out the hypocrisy in this. He posted the other day that he loves a good debate. I guess that means with anyone besides Boston Saint. He still posts on threads I made. I’m not gonna block him for it.

He posts on the site as often as he can, and that’s good that he wants too. But his posts apparently don’t care about viewpoints that differ from his own and he points out topics that are controversial and apparently he is too egotistical to listen to certain other people’s thoughts, including mine.

I’ve not attacked him with name calling. I’ve always been civil. He posted something false about me, then denied doing so when I called him out. I guess that is why he blocked me.

I could go further, but no point. That’s my take on the integrity Guido has shown me so far anyway. I’ve always tried to be receptive.

He is creating tremendous discourse among the members hare and I hope that Halo is taking notice. I eventually had to block him like he suggested. Personally, I hope he gets banned. He is trying to run Guido off but we all know that it ain't happening. At least Guido brings us solid info from the internet on a consistent basis.

And yes, he is a bitt of an ass but I can get by that since I understand the different personality types. Saintsfan is what we call "The Sherriff". That's Halo's job!

Want to know who speedo has reported? Want to know why? Want to see his history of provoking people then playing the victim? Want to see the list of members he tried to get banned for doing nothing more than having a view that didn't line up with his own? Want to know about speedo's personal attacks? Ask around. Lots of people have been speedo's victim here. Have you reached out to any of them to get yourself educated? Do you know people have left here because speedo wouldn't stop harassing them? Want their names? Want to see his history of race-baiting here? Not just one instance or two, but so many that he has a reputation for it. Want to see where I begged speedo to take that to the political forum where we allow a lot of leeway - stuff that doesn't fly in the football forum? Want to see how he rejected it? Maybe you'd be interested in the exchange that began in 2018 where I very plainly told him to stop harassing people and how he deflected and went into full victim mode...then started attacking me? Want to see that thread? PM me and I'll be happy to enlighten you. What you don't know is that I've sent that idiot private messages on more than a few occasions. I tried reason. I tried diplomacy, and the more I tried the more he ramped up his attacks on me, purely because I told him to stop it.

Ask those who he has attacked about speedo's level of 'civility'. And then ask yourself if you should even have gotten involved at all, considering all the background you know nothing about.

What you are seeing now is the nuclear option. And what you won't see anymore is speedo attacking people here. You'll see me attacking him. Definitely. The aim is to get him to stop. speedo started the banning talk so he could be a victim - all I ever insisted he do was stop.

I knew going in this was going to upset some, and that some would perceive me as being mean to poor speedo because speedo is a professional victim. What you are responding to was not random. This is scorched Earth. It is necessary. So block me and move on. Sorry it has come to this. I won't stop 'til speedo stops.

I don't care if he's banned or not. I do care that he stop. He hasn't attacked anyone lately. Those attacks are being directed at me, by people like you who don't know what's really going on. I knew that would happen, and it's unfortunate, but that's the cost of doing business with people like speedo.
