A healthy Ramczyk should help out that offensive line a bunch. Having both Ramczyk and McCoy injured much of the season had to hamper Ruiz' growth.

Yep sir. I always go back to that line Johnson built in Dallas. Those men knew how to plow. With MT, a paroled Kamara (lol), a competent QB and a line like that and we're cooking with fire. Right now we're trying to roast weenies over wet wood...

That first (1992) Dallas championship team under JJ highest-drafted lineman were two 3 rd picks (Erik Williams & Stepnoski) & the rest were undrafted. You can win at this level with mid-round big uglies on that offensive line. Hell, we did it in 2009. IMO the Saints reached for O lineman with Peat & Ruiz in their respective drafts. |
