Definitely agree on Cesar Ruiz. Either produce or have a seat.

Never understood the pick TBH.

I believe his ability to play both guard and center was what made him attractive to the Saints. However, the environment over the past two seasons has not been conducive to development what with COVID shutdowns and the rash of injuries all across the offensive line. He has no excuses this season thus far. A plus is Doug Marrone.

Well, we do need depth... and a replacement for Sammich Peat. Mebbe Ruiz wakes up this year. Ingram took three years.

Those names from the article (Baun, Trautman, Ruiz) all from the 2020 draft. Potentially looking like a weak draft class.

Made worse with multi-pick trading up limiting our shots at the draft board; I am, however, optimistic for Trautman to break out this year and lessen the sting...

The Baun pick, while I believe he's a capable player, made no sense as he's clearly a 3-4 OLB, hand in the dirt Jack even; he looks so lost in our 4-3 system...

I'd try to move Baun during Training Camp for either a RB, OG, SS, or 4-3 LBer...

Ruiz pick was as disappointing as his play has been; but this draft class is a poignant example of why more darts for the NFL draft board is better...

It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...
