In all likelihood he will be Harty's replacement. It's a crowded wide receiver room and I don't think that he will be used as much this year as last year. That could reduce his value to the Saints going into training camp next year. Rashid Shahid looks like a very good player who can bump Harty off the roster.

At Nicholls State, he set records for Rec, ReYds, ReTDs, replacing former NFL WR Mark Carrier as career leader at Nicholls State...
