 I have no faith in this coaching staff and possibly even management to correct this problem. Oh God, please don't let Jeff Ireland go to the Chargers with Sean Payton. We need the picks we would get for him, but on the downside he will probably poach a lot of our coaches. It's kind of a mixed blessing.
