It only took Payton three years to win a Lombardi. A good coach and FO(?) can get us out of this mess fairly quickly. One thing about Payton, if there is a player he covets he will move heaven and earth to make them a Saint. I hope we bring in strong leadership to continue our winning ways that Payton developed.

We definitely need a stronger GM with veto power over the HC on personnel decisions...

You know as well as I do that Loomis is going nowhere until he chooses, but I can see a restructure with Ireland being moved to the sole personnel position with Loomis continuing the mastering of the cap management.
