Sean Payton set this organization up nicely so that it runs smoothly with or without him. I would imagine that we would have another Lombardi long before we see the paper bags again. Who Dat!

I think the ownership matters a lot as well when it comes to sustained success - I'd imagine Mrs. Benson is at the top of the list in that regard.

Some question who would want to come to be the HC for the Saints with all the challenges they are facing, but on the flip side of that the Saints have a strong structural foundation as a franchise.

Loomis and Ireland are great partners for whoever becomes the next HC.

Is she the only female owner in the NFL?

No. Lions, Bears, and Titans also have female owners.

As I've heard more times than I can count, there are only 32 head coaching positions in the NFL and the least attractive of which is one of the most desired positions in sports.

Sure, but my point was more about attracting the most sought after candidate when positions are open on multiple teams.

Yeah, I get you. Some people see the Saints as unattractive, however, because of whatever hurdles they have faced recently. But as you pointed out, the structure of the Saints ownership and front office are seen by others as very attractive and rightly so.
