Final? Mrs B is my guess. Jeff Ireland, she and Micky all talk,
but she makes the call I guess.

I'd say the only three with the real decision making would be Loomis, Lauscha, and Benson. The owner has to have the final say, however.

I'm down with this. But let's not forget our differing perspectives ARE what make this a great place to live. We may not agree on everything but we can learn from each other!

In this case the coach is complaining because a team asked him in to meet a requirement. It sounds like he was fired in Miami for not tanking games rather than his race. Why would he have been hired in Miami at all if the organization is racist?
The league hasn't accepted the fact that Black Coaches can coach? or they haven't accepted the fact like just like the sport Coaching would be majority persons of color if/once "It's Accepted" THATS RACISM in a nutshell. We know they can but can't accept what comes with that "A MAJORITY BLACK NFL PLAYERS AND COACHES"

He’s saying the league is afraid that if they accept the fact that Black coaches are equally yoked to be head coaches and are provided the opportunity without any bias whatsoever the coaching numbers would become just as lopsided as the player make up. He’s basically saying the majority of coaches would be Black and the NFL isn’t willing to let that happen, which he says is racism in a nutshell. “We will make concessions to your community but we will never truly empower your community in such a manner that threatens the status quo.”

Hope that helps.

He's saying that the league is racist and they don't want black coaches because most of the coaches would be black and the league doesn't want that.

Or something....
