Dennis Allen is 8-28 as a head coach. I don’t care where or why I care that in three seasons he could not break .250 as a Head Coach. The Raiders were 8-8 the season before he arrived and 7-9 the season after he left. Moving Dennis Allen to HC f***s with our defense. STOP f***ing with a great defense. We are going to NEED the continuity of Allen+his defense to get us through the teething pains of a new HC, QB, and offensive game plan. The defense is the ONLY stable piece to our puzzle. |

It could have happened, but not to my knowledge.

The way SF is using Deebo Samuel and Miami so using Jaylen Waddle, I’d love to see that level of creativity. Why haven’t we put Harris at running back and had him run routers with a linebacker matched on him? We gotta continue to grow with the league…or better yet be a step ahead of the league. I don’t think Allen would provide that spark.

Our cap is not as dire as some think. They just do not understand the dynamics of this cap management concept. Our roster is also not lacking of talent. There's no reason why we can't keep anyone we want as far a free agents go. We have the second best record in the NFL over the past five seasons, including 2021. It's definitely not time for a rebuild. |

Three assistant coaches – defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus, offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo and defensive line coach Mike Phair – already had been hired during the post-season. This year Matt Eberflus, Defensive Coordinator was hired by the Bears to become their Head Coach. |
