Dennis Allen and team has at least identified they have a higher than normal instance of injuries and took the logical step to address proactive prevention...

Will it be the cure all, end all? Maybe, Maybe not, but at least they can point to an action they took to say they're doing all they can to address it...

Never understood why there isn't as much turnover among trainers as coaches, especially when the sports medicine technology is evolving as much as it is...

Yeah that would be reasonable to believe. Like in any professional job where you constantly have to learn new things to keep up with the times.
