Agreed...when you have two leaders, you have none. Who is responsible when it works? and who is responsible when it fails.....Regardless of leverage I just don't think it's a good idea. Someone needs to have their name on it, whether they succeed or fail.

This ^^^. Dennis Allen is going to basically be the DC like Nick says. Richard and Nielsen should just be assistants with a DC sign on their office doors.

Mike Triplett points out that the titles don't matter as much as just keeping the two on staff.
