I was pulling for Cooper Kupp, primarily an Alma Matter thing and he being somewhat a local boy, so I guess I was pulling for the Rams, but not entirely….if that makes any sense. But I wasn’t for the zebras in any way shape or form.

Re: Bengals vs Lambs Superbowl Thread

Second time the Refs literally made the Rams win the playoffs in the last few years. First time was against the Saints a few years ago when they missed an obvious pass interference which helped the Rams get into the Super Bowl. Second was tonight against the Bengals on a bogus holding call the extended the drive and a bogus missed holding call that prevented a Bengals TD that helped the Rams win the Super Bowl. NFL really wants the Rams to win, it's pretty obvious. It almost makes me want to boycott the league.

The NFL needs that market. Thus the favoritism to that team. Roger got precisely what he wanted. Those fans will leave in droves unless that team is a winner, so he sets them up and arranges the 'win' in their stadium, because that's the only way to get people to leave the beach and watch his football.

The officiating on that last drive would be criminal if the league was about anything that resembled fair play.

Bengals got away with some calls earlier in the game as did the Rams - what is ridiculous is that the referees suddenly change the way they call penalties at the end of the game.

Know the missed call you're referring, but the only way Jalen Ramsey got pulled across like that because he was latched on to Higgins as he was and his momentum used against him...

Refs, then, on that play, got it right and let them play through, but those last couple of drives, wow, did the game officials deliver that one on a silver platter...

There was excellent camera angles and there's no way Bengals LBer Wilson should have been penalized...

Can't help but wonder what Goodell's payoff for delivering a Los Angeles Lombardi was...

If Rodge goes after Miami Dolphins Owner Stephen Ross for tanking, then they should open it up all the way on this bogus game officiating...

And the Twittersphere and social media should have at Goodell...

Re: Bengals vs Lambs Superbowl Thread

Thought the ref’s called a good no call game and let the teams play … Right until the last few minutes and then they went all in on making the LA Rams SB Champs. Goodell and the NFL should be held accountable but naturally that ain’t happen.
