this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I Wanted to hear peoples thoughts. Book’s name has rarely come up in media or on boards as far as I’ve seen during all the QB stuff that went on. Trades for Minshew and others were discussed without bringing up ...

Has the page turned on the Book?
I Wanted to hear peoples thoughts. Book’s name has rarely come up in media or on boards as far as I’ve seen during all the QB stuff that went on. Trades for Minshew and others were discussed without bringing up his name at all.
He was a 4th round pick. Major has mentioned OL players can be found along this area of draft and I agree. So Was/is Book just a wasted pick along with other QBs Payton drafted during his time here? Should he be considered a viable candidate to take over the team one day? Is he considered our number 2 QB right now? Interested to hear viewpoints. |
