It’s not hard at all. Rams just won a SB and went to another since the Saints had their championship and they look at the draft very differently. Rams have not had a first round pick since 2016, so they are fine trading away “quality” draft picks and have succeeded. Logically it can be argued that trades that brought in “reach” guys like Turner and Davenport have backfired by not allowing them to fill needs at other positions like WR or TE….especially considering the amount of time those guys have missed. This has subsequently resulted in playoff losses for the Saints when they were lacking in talent at key positions.

Now you will come back with the “we are not GMs” line to defend your point. That wont change the fact that it’s easy to find fault with moves the organization has made during this and previous drafts if you are willing to take off
the Saints goggles and honestly evaluate things.
