Saints trade picks to move up into the first and the Rams don’t. They trade away their picks. That’s different. So your earlier statement was BS.

What’s wrong with Davenport is that his production has not been worth two firsts and a third. He’s done nothing more than Hendrickson who was obtained for a single 3rd rounder. What else could the team have gotten with those 2 extra picks?

Can you guarantee The Saints would NOT be better off had they not made moves for Davenport and Turner?….of course not. That’s a childish way to “defend” your position. We are discussing philosophies regarding approaching the draft. You stated that no logical argument can be made against the philosophy the Saints use. I just proved you wrong.
Why is your mission in life to always "try" to prove me wrong? I can say the sky is blue and you'll claim it isn't. LOL!

And, no, I cannot "admit there is a logical argument to be made against the way the Saints do things RE the draft as the Rams prove by doing it differently and possibly better". Please explain to me how trading away multiple first round draft picks as the Rams have been doing is a better way of approaching the draft than how the Saints approach it? I can't wait to hear this one!
